REFUNDS & RETURNS

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused
and with the original packaging.

In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.

In the event that an incorrect size is ordered, customers may request a size exchange by contacting our X-Van shop. All exchanges are subject to product availability and the item being returned in its original condition.
